Upgrading or Downgrading Your Account
You can upgrade or downgrade your Virtual Gladiators account at any time through the Client Control Panel.
First, login to your control panel (NOT your Multicraft control panel.) You'll see a summary screen. Under "Account Overview", click on the link next to "Numer of Products/Services":
You will be directed to the Products and Services page. For the service that you wish to downgrade/upgrade, click on the blue "View Details" button and select the appropriate option:
On the next page, select a billing frequency and then click on the "Choose Product" button for the product you wish to upgrade/downgrade to.
