Multicraft User Roles

If you want to have someone else assist you with administering your server through Multicraft, just open a ticket and provide the following details:

  • Their email address
  • Their requested username

We will create an account, email them their initial password and then you will be able to grant them access to your control panel.

You can do this in Multicraft by clicking on "Advanced", then "Users". Search for their email address or username, then adjust their permissions as needed.
