The latest version of Minecraft is now available for Vanilla only at this time. Spigot and Craftbukkit updates should be coming shortly. (md_5 tweeted that it should be released on June 8th.)

To update your server, just click on the MOD pack version drop-down, select the new version, click save, and then restart your server. Your old settings, worlds, and plugins will be archived for safe keeping, then the upgrade will proceed. Just be patient and wait for it:




WHEN Spigot and Craftbukkit are released, there WILL be plugins that will break with this update. You can read more about this issue here:
