While it is nearly impossible to completely stop griefers you can rollback everything they do and ban them. The best plugin to use for rollbacks is CoreProtect. To use this plugin simply go to the griefed area. Next, type in ‘/co i’ and click around. Then once you find out who griefed type in ‘/co rollback u:<PLAYERNAME> t:<HOWLONGTOROLLBACK> r:<RADIUS>’ and you’re done!
