Minecraft servers have an option of allowing PvP (Player versus Player) on your server. By default this setting is enabled.
The change it, follow the "Allowing Flying" KB article, which describes how to easily change the server settings with your Virtual Gladiators Multicraft control panel.
Once you are in the server settings page, simply change the "Player vs Player" option to "Enabled" or "Disabled", click on the "Save" button, and then restart your server:
