It appears the data center where the Budget US server is located had a fiber network cable cut. They are working on the issue.
Budget US services will be spotty at best until this is resolved.

Update: 2014-05-17 22:59 MST - The migration is complete and servers are all back online. We are checking them all now to ensure everything is running as expected.
If you are on 216.158.80.218, you server is moving to a new, more powerful US server in Dallas with 10 GIGABIT of DDOS mitigation at no extra cost.
Your IP address ill change, but your port will remain the same.
The new IP is 198.52.168.133
The migration will start shortly. An in-game broadcast will be sent before the servers are shut down. When the migration is finished, you will be on the new IP Address. Anyone using a .vgmc.us subdomain will automatically have that information updated with the new IP address.
If you are on a dedicated IP address on this host, you will be emailed separately with the new IP address.

Mojang performed some sort of maintenance on their authentication servers today that has critically affected all spigot and MCPC+ servers.
The symptom is a crash when more than one player logs in to your server. The crash on the console looks like this:

If you are running a version of Spigot older than 1.6.4, you MUST upgrade to at least 1.6.4 build 1138p, as there are no older versions of the back-ported patch!

It appears that the Minecraft.net login and session servers are having issues.

The result is that your players will not be able to login to your server. They will either receive a session error, or "end of stream".
This has nothing to do with your Virtual Gladiators Minecraft server. This is an issue with Mojang, the developers of Minecraft itself.

On June 25th at 7 PM EST (Eastern time), all of the Virtual Gladiators USA servers will have their network ports upgraded. This upgrade should only take a few minutes, but all services will be impacted while the cable is moved to the faster network switch.
Your Minecraft server will continue to run, but it will be inaccessible during this time. The upgrade process should take less than 20 minutes to complete.

It seems that the Europe data center had severe network issues this morning, which caused Multicraft problems when trying to start/restart your server.
